What exactly is Obama's plan of the future of NASA? Constellation canceled?

Hello all. I have been trying to figure to figure out what his new plan is and can't seem to do so. I was thinking it was something like this:

Try to finish the STS Program ASAP

Cancel the Constellation Program

Give Spaceflight over to commercial business

and on and on.
