What is the general direction of the pegasus constellation?

In general direction I mean as in North South East West etc...What is the general direction of the pegasus constellation?Since the earth is constantly rotating the observed position of constellation Pegasus is constantly changing to an observer on the ground. Sometimes it is in the eastern sky and sometimes in the western sky. It's position in the sky is about 20 degrees north of the celestial equator.What is the general direction of the pegasus constellation?Like all obversations, it depends where the observer is.
