What is the Constellation Program that is currently going on today and is Obama planning to cancel it?What is the Constellation Program?Project Constellation was going to be the next space program after the shuttle program. They main focus was to begin to send astronauts back to the moon to prepare for long missions to Mars. It was going to use a capsule similar to that of the Apollo missions, but bigger.
