Does anyone know where I can find images of the Crux constellation at different stages of the night?

Ideally you should position yourself in southern hemisphere (Brazil, Peru, DR Congo, Tanzania, Angola or further south that includes Australia).

Or else move to south of the Tropic of Cancer atleast(south of 'Sahara', southern parts of Mexico, India, Saudi Arabia or still more to the south) and wait for 'Spring', to see 'Crux' low down on southern horizon if seeing is good (far away from towns; no haze due to lakes, rivers, seas to the south).

It is a beautiful constellation, with 2 first magnitude stars and other brilliant stars in such a small part of sky.
