Which circumpolar constellation is hardest to see in the sky?

Which constellations are circumpolar depend on your lattitude. For people in the northern hemisphere, the hardest to see would probably be Camelopardalis. It is north of Perseus and lies between Cassiopeia and Ursa Major. It's brightest star is magnitude 4.2 which makes it a rather dim constellation.
