Where is Libra (constellation) located in the sky?

Is it located in the Northern or Southern Hemisphere?

When can you see it?Where is Libra (constellation) located in the sky? It's south of the celestial equator, but visible almost anywhere populated in the Northern Hemisphere. It's a spring constellation...right now it is too close to the Sun to be observed.
